TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Salazar Elite Logistics LLC, operating as Salazar Exterior Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to residential and commercial customers ("you" or "Customer") in our service area. By creating an account, agreeing to these Terms at checkout, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
1. Services
We provide subscription-based exterior home maintenance services including but not limited to lawn mowing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, and house washing to residential and commercial properties in Conroe, The Woodlands, Spring, and Tomball, Texas.
Services included in your plan are outlined at the time of subscription. Recurring services are scheduled automatically according to your plan tier and service calendar. Customers may request one additional manual service per month from their annual allotment beyond the automatically scheduled recurring services. Additional manual service requests beyond this limit will not be fulfilled until the following month.
We also offer one-time exterior services outside of any subscription plan. One-time services are quoted individually, scheduled by our team, and billed separately from any subscription.
2. Subscription Plans & Billing
2.1 Standard Plans
We offer three standard subscription tiers — Essential Care, Home Shield, and Estate Care — each including a pre-configured bundle of recurring exterior maintenance services. Plan details and included services are displayed at the time of subscription.
2.2 Custom Service Bundles
We offer custom subscription plans for customers who prefer to select individual services rather than a pre-configured bundle. Custom plans require lawn mowing as a base service. Additional services including gutter cleaning, house washing, driveway pressure washing, window cleaning, roof soft washing, and storm recovery visits may be added at selected frequencies. Custom plan pricing is determined at the time of enrollment based on selected services, property size tier, and billing interval.
2.3 Admin-Initiated Enrollment
In some cases a Salazar Exterior Services representative may initiate your subscription enrollment on your behalf. In this case you will receive a secure payment link by email. Your subscription activates only after you complete payment through that link. The link is unique to your account and should not be shared.
2.4 Monthly Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis. By completing checkout through our payment processor (Stripe), you authorize us to charge your payment method on file on each billing date according to the plan you selected.
2.5 Annual Subscriptions
If you select an annual billing option, you authorize a single charge equivalent to ten months of your monthly plan rate. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
2.6 Fixed-Term Subscriptions
We offer fixed-term subscription options for customers who wish to subscribe for a defined period such as three, six, or twelve months. Fixed-term subscriptions are billed monthly for the duration of the term. At the end of the term your subscription expires automatically — it does not auto-renew. You will receive renewal reminders by email and SMS at approximately 30 days, 14 days, and 3 days before your term end date. If you wish to continue service after your term ends you must actively renew. Salazar Exterior Services is not responsible for service interruptions resulting from a customer's failure to renew a fixed-term subscription.
Early cancellation of a fixed-term subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for any billing period already paid. The remaining term is forfeited upon cancellation.
2.7 Plan Changes
You may upgrade your plan at any time from your customer portal. Plan changes take effect immediately. A prorated credit or charge will be applied to your account reflecting the difference between your previous plan and your new plan for the remainder of the current billing period. This proration is calculated and applied automatically by our payment processor.
2.8 Pricing Adjustments
Your monthly rate is determined at the time of subscription based on your property details including square footage, number of windows, number of stories, and driveway size. If property information is found to be materially inaccurate, we reserve the right to adjust your plan pricing accordingly with advance notice.
2.9 Stripe Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.
3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason including but not limited to partial billing periods, unused service visits, dissatisfaction with results, or cancellation mid-period. This policy applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions and to fixed-term subscriptions.
Cancellation of your subscription stops future billing. It does not entitle you to a refund for any amount already charged.
Early cancellation of a fixed-term subscription forfeits the remaining term. No credit or refund is issued for unused months in a fixed-term plan.
Where required by applicable Texas law or federal consumer protection law, exceptions to this policy may apply.
4. Cancellation & Pausing
4.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal with no cancellation fee. Upon cancellation your property will be immediately removed from our service schedule. No further charges will be made after the current billing period ends. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid.
4.2 Pausing
You may pause your subscription at any time through your customer portal. While paused your property will be removed from the service schedule and billing will be suspended for the duration of the pause. Pausing a subscription does not extend a fixed-term subscription's end date.
4.3 Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation all scheduled future visits for your property will be removed. Any pending service requests will be cancelled. Your customer portal and service history will remain accessible for record keeping purposes.
5. Scheduling & Weather Policy
5.1 Regular Scheduling
Services are performed on a recurring schedule generated automatically by our scheduling system. Lawn mowing and other recurring services are scheduled based on your preferred service day where provided, your plan tier, and our routing requirements. We make every reasonable effort to maintain your scheduled service date. Technician assignments and exact arrival times may vary due to routing and operational requirements. Your upcoming scheduled services are visible in your customer portal.
5.2 Weather Policy
We perform services in all weather conditions including light rain, heat, and standard Texas weather. Services will only be rescheduled in the event of severe weather conditions that present a safety risk to our technicians or would prevent safe completion of work — including but not limited to severe thunderstorms, tropical storms, flooding, or lightning. In such cases we will reschedule your service at the earliest available date at no additional charge.
5.3 Access Requirements
You agree to ensure safe and accessible conditions on your property on scheduled service days. This includes but is not limited to unlocked gates, secured pets, cleared driveways, and safe working conditions. If our technicians cannot safely access or complete work due to conditions on your property, the visit may be recorded as completed at our discretion or rescheduled. Repeated access failures may result in suspension of service without refund.
6. Insurance & Liability
6.1 Insurance
Salazar Elite Logistics LLC carries general liability insurance with coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence for commercial exterior services including pressure washing, window cleaning, and related services.
6.2 Damage Policy
In the event that our technicians cause damage to your property during the course of providing services, we will take responsibility and repair or replace the damaged item at our cost. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of the service visit along with photographic evidence. We will not be responsible for damage claims reported after this window or for pre-existing conditions.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding our damage policy, our total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
7. Property Information Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate property information at the time of subscription including square footage, number of windows, number of stories, and driveway size. Inaccurate property information may result in pricing adjustments, service modifications, or temporary suspension of service until corrected. We are not liable for incomplete or incorrect service resulting from inaccurate property information provided by you.
8. Photos & Service Documentation
We capture before and after photographs of all completed work for quality assurance and customer records. These photos are stored securely and made available to you through your customer portal as downloadable proof-of-work records. Photos are used solely for service documentation and quality assurance purposes.
9. Commercial & HOA Contracts
Commercial clients and Homeowners Associations operating under a separate commercial contract are subject to the terms of that contract in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a commercial contract and these Terms, the commercial contract governs.
10. Referral Program
Our referral program allows active subscribers to earn service credits by referring new customers. Credits are applied automatically after a referred customer completes their first billing cycle. Credits have no cash value and may only be applied toward future subscription billing. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with notice to participants.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do we will publish a new version with an updated effective date. For material changes we will notify you by email at the address on file. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Texas.

Salazar Elite Logistics LLC, operating as Salazar Exterior Services ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services:
Account information: Name, email address, and phone number provided at registration
Property information: Service address, property size, number of windows, number of stories, and driveway size
Payment information: Payment card details processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers
Service records: Before and after photos, job completion records, and service history associated with your account
Communications: Messages you send us through the website or by email
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely to:
Provide and schedule exterior maintenance services at your property
Process payments through Stripe
Send service notifications, scheduling updates, and billing communications by email and SMS
Maintain your service history and photo records in your customer portal
Respond to your support requests and inquiries
Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third Party Services
We use the following third party services to operate our business:
Stripe — payment processing. Your payment information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy
Supabase — secure database and file storage hosting for your account, service records, and job photos
Vercel — website hosting
Resend — transactional email delivery. Emails we send you including service notifications, billing communications, and renewal reminders are delivered through Resend's infrastructure
Twilio — SMS notifications. Your phone number may be used to send you service updates and subscription renewal reminders via SMS. You may opt out of SMS communications by contacting us at salazarenterprisesonline@gmail.com
Google Maps API — address geocoding and route optimization. Your service address is transmitted to Google's API for the purpose of scheduling and routing our service technicians. No other personal data is shared with Google through this integration
We do not use Google Analytics or any other third party analytics or tracking tools on our website.
4. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and subscribing to our services, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Salazar Exterior Services including service reminders, scheduling updates, and subscription renewal notices. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or by contacting us at salazarenterprisesonline@gmail.com.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Your data is stored on secured servers and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information and service records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business record keeping purposes. Job photos are retained for the duration of your account activity. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at salazarenterprisesonline@gmail.com.

Opt out of SMS communications at any time

8. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adult homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes we will notify you by email.
